Chapter 1

(e/c) slowly fluttered open as the girl came back from the darkness that had previously engulfed her, sitting up she held her head as her vision was spinning. After blinking a few times she looked straight at the night sky while still laying on her back, she figured that it was now night, as she turned her head she gasped.

Her (e/c) eyes scanned the alleyway that was now coated in a thick dark crimson liquid, her legs shook as she stood and slowly and shakily walked over to a black lump that she had made out in the darkness and as she neared it the clouds that were blocking the moon started to part.

Just as the moonlight made it's way over the lump that was now nearly visible to her, a red figure that was on the rooftop of the next building that happened to overlook the alleyway, had chosen that moment to jump down from their hiding place and into the alleyway.

The figure landed in front of the lump just as it was about to be reveled to the young girl by the moonlight.

You looked up to the figure and cannot help but notice at how much red they are wearing, the only things that are not red are their pants and shirt. The figure clad in red looks at you and sees you staring at them.

"You know dearie it's not polite to stare" they said, startled, you stumbled back a bit and fell on your back, wincing in pain from your back's previous abuse. 

You sat up to look at the dead eyes of the man who had held the knife against you now dead with his upper, and now sliced, body facing you. His eyes were wide and you could see the pure fear that they held, with his mouth open in a scream that will never be heard, and blood that was running down his chin from his mouth. With his body, or what was left of it, was on it's side giving you a good view of his spinal cord that was sticking out from the body and the spilt out organs such as his lungs and liver as well as some of his intestines that were laying in a big puddle of blood that was still dripping from the body. 

As you stared at the sliced body you started to shake in fear. Your (e/c) eyes could not look away from the grotesque scene before you, even if you had seen this type of thing and other cases much worse at 'that place' you never got used to it. 

The person in red walked over to you and as he looked in your eyes he could see the fear in them. He held out a hand to the young girl and said "come dearie, we should get out of here"

Tearing your eyes away from the body, you looked at the person, then back at the outstretched hand and put your small hands in his as he helped you up.
